Artist's Biography
Brian SeymourBrian Seymour is a watercolour artist mainly specialising in the painting of landscapes and is particularly fascinated by atmospheric light and the effects it can have on the natural environment. As a full-time artist he is always creating new techniques to bring his paintings to life. He has recently added works with a more contemporary feel to his traditional collection. Rural landscapes, flowers, powerful seas and any other wild and natural locations are Brian’s inspiration for painting. Urban scenes also feature in his collection including London’s famous Covent Garden, Cambridge’s Market Square and terracotta streets of Spain. Brian accepts work to commission, and mounts and frames all of his paintings. He can be seen exhibiting up and down the country. Some of Brian’s works are part of private collections in the UK, Europe, South Africa, and also that of HRH the Princess Royal. His work here reflects his passion and his love for the art.
