Robin Maunsell, painter

Robin is an intense, exciting painter. With minimal formal training he employs an energy which becomes evident when one sees the strokes of the palette knife and thickness of paint on the canvas.

Work has included East Anglia, Lancashire and the island of Ko Tao in the Gulf of Thailand. He treads that uncertain no-mans-land between representational and abstract and has worked in oil pastels, watercolours
and oils.
